Lastly, an Advanced Diploma of Work Health and Safety qualification is designed to suit those in a Work Health and Safety role at a senior level. You will be able to apply advanced practical knowledge to coordinate, facilitate and maintain the Work Health and Safety (WHS) program in one or more fields of work in an organisation, such as a WHS practitioner or HR practitioner.
Upon graduation, you can seek a career as a Work Health and Safety Representative, Work Health and Safety Officer, Health and Safety Manager, Health and Safety Practitioner or Senior Work Health and Safety Officer.

Our students had a fun-filled day exploring Yanchep National Park to see the koalas and kangaroos and then travelled towards the world renowned Pinnacle Desert to see the breathtaking sunset and for stargazing in the night.
Thank you ADAMS Perth for organising this special tour for AIWT! This tour was an induction for our students especially for those in School of Language as they will be working with Adams in the future by assisting them in tours. Our students will be providing interpreting services to the tourists. This will provide valuable work experience to them in the Australian employment market.

Help children develop essential learning skills with a nationally recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET) qualification in Early Childhood Education from AIWT. Studying a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care and Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care from AIWT will qualify you to teach children from six weeks to five years old in childcare centres.
These courses will prepare you for a future career in early childhood education, providing a healthy, safe and caring environment for children. While studying Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, you will gain the skills to communicate and work collaboratively with educators, as well as to support the children’s holistic wellbeing, health and safety. As you progress on to the Diploma, you will acquire higher levels of responsibility and leadership in an early childhood setting. You will learn how to design and implement the curriculum in children’s learning and development, and acquire the skills you need to foster the holistic development and wellbeing of children.
As part of this qualification you will undertake ongoing work placement where you will be able to apply the skills and knowledge you have learned. You will work with children from different backgrounds and cultures and provide care and support for them in various child care situations.
Taught by experienced and professional trainers here at AIWT, you will learn both in a classroom setting and through placements in child care centres. You can also become an early childhood educator through a traineeship!
