Campus Perth is the new wave of student accommodation set to open January 2019 in Perth City. With emphasis on design, functionality and technology, this intercollegiate campus gives you four different room types to choose from: single en-suite Studios, Twodios, Cluster 6 apartments and our signature Campus 4 rooms. There are a range of contract lengths; from under 90 days to 52 weeks suiting all types of students, and the rates are all inclusive (including utilities, Wifi and access to 3600sqm of communal space within the building).

Who can use homestay and what is included?
Homestay students can be any age, but if you’re under 18 your booking process will be more detailed. No matter your age, you will need to stay in a homestay for a minimum of 1 month.
Our partner, Australian Homestay Network (AHN), will match you with an appropriate homestay host. You will meet the host and see the house for the first time when you move in.
