If you are after a career that is both rewarding and challenging, a job in real estate may be for you!

You can start off your real estate career as a property manager or real estate agent. To do so, you can enrol in AIWT’s CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice. AIWT is a Registered Training Organisation which delivers nationally recognised real estate courses. In this real estate course – Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice, it is suited to those wishing to enter the Real Estate Industry to commence working for either residential or commercial property.

However, if you want to be a licensed agent, you need to complete CPP51119 Diploma of Property (Agency Management) at AIWT. This qualification reflects the role of real estate principals who apply knowledge of property agency and compliance requirements, ethical standards and consumer preferences to establish and control real
estate functions.

Your career prospects may include Real Estate Agency Principal, Strata Management Principal, Agency Manager, Agency Director.

While studying our real estate courses, you will gain the practical skills and valuable knowledge from our highly qualified and experienced trainers. Upon completion of your real estate course, AIWT has partnerships with some reputable real estate companies where you can do work experience.
